Pricing and Payments
Product prices may fluctuate due to market conditions, and the price at the time of order confirmation is final. Subsequent price changes or promotions do not qualify for refunds or adjustments. In cases of accidental overpayment, the excess amount will be converted into store credits for future purchases. If a refund is requested, a HK$50 administrative fee may apply to cover processing costs. We kindly advise customers to double-check payment amounts before transferring to avoid inconvenience.
Order Cancellation and Refunds
Orders confirmed and paid for cannot be canceled unless delayed due to manufacturer issues. If Farm Computer is unable to deliver on time due to such delays, customers may request a full refund, which will typically be processed via FPS (Faster Payment System) upon approval. We appreciate your understanding that non-manufacturer-related cancellations are not permitted to maintain operational efficiency.
Delivery Inspection
To ensure your satisfaction, we recommend inspecting your package immediately upon receipt. If you suspect any discrepancies, such as missing items, please contact us within 48 hours via email or online inquiry, providing photographic evidence for verification. Claims made after this period may not be processed, as we aim to address issues promptly and fairly.
